Casa Faro

The Faro Foundation commissioned the furnishing of a house designed to serve various functions in support of their work. The goal was to create an environment that would make its users feel at ease, without resembling an office or a hospital. The location itself did half the job, as it is a beautiful apartment situated in a prime, central location in the heart of Turin. The Studio's work included decorating the walls, which were treated with a special paint. All the wooden floors were sanded and restored to their original splendour. In the conference room, where two rooms were combined into one, a difference in floor levels had to be addressed, a challenge that was masterfully handled by a team of craftsmen. The rest of the project was developed through a thoughtful and meticulous selection of fabrics, materials, and lighting. The studio attended to every detail to create the sensation of being in a true home, from the curtains to the plants, and beyond. A composition of Random Solo lights was placed in the meeting room to illuminate the space and add a light, airy touch. Thanks to the combination of various finishes, the lighting solution was elegantly integrated into the colour palette.
